reach you. Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground within the
continental (lower 48) United States. UPS Ground is also used for our
Free Shipping option. If you need your purchase faster than UPS Ground
service provides, please select your desired shipping option from the
list at check-out.
We use USPS Priority mail service for shipments to AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO
and US territories abroad.
International Shipments
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for international shipments.
USPS Parcel Post: This service takes 4-6 weeks just to reach
your border. It is then delayed by customs processing before being sent
out for local delivery. It is not unusual for shipments sent this
method to take 8 or 9 weeks; even if only going to Canada. There is no tracking available via this method.
USPS Airmail Parcel Post: This service takes 4-10 days to reach
your border. It is then delayed by customs processing before being sent
out for local delivery. It is not unusual for shipments sent this
method to take 14-18 days. There is no tracking available via this method.
USPS Global Express Service (GEMS): This service takes 3-5 days. There are service guarantees now for many countries. Tracking is available.
For Parcel Post and Airmail shipments you will be provided with a
customs label number. The national postal service in some countries
(Canada Post and New Zealand Post for instance) provides a way to check
if the package has cleared local customs with this number. Not all
countries offer this.
